401(k) Retirement/Scholarship Program

- $7,000 per academic school year, per eligible dependent
- Two Installments; $3,500 for the fall semester, $3,500 for the Spring Semester

Tech Apprenticeship
Become a Certified Technician
- Earn an hourly wage while getting hands on training
- Start out learning basic maintenance tasks
- Three progress reviews to determine level of pay and maintenance tasks requirements
- Receive up to $1,000 Reimbursement per year on tools purchased for the job after completing all three levels of Apprenticeship
